Delivery Services for the UK

Our deliveries are currently handled by FedEx only and are fully trackable.

All small orders and large orders will be sent by FedEx tracked service. We will inform you of the tracking number of your order to ensure safe delivery of all your items. Please ensure that your delivery details, such as your address and contact number are correct at the time of ordering. We will not be held responsible for delays or incorrect deliveries due to missing or inaccurate delivery details.

International Deliveries

All international deliveries follow the same guidelines as UK deliveries regarding delivery details and the service used according to the size of the order. All deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail or FedEx, which is a fully trackable service.

Anything posted or couriered to you from another country goes through customs to check if it is not banned or restricted and you pay the right tax and ‘duty’ on it. Before receiving your goods, you may have to pay VAT, Customs Duty or Excise Duty if sent to a country outside the UK.

Return & Refund Policy

For returns please follow the procedures below to resolve any issues as rapidly as possible.

Due to the nature of the Custom Products being made to order, we cannot accept any Custom Made Products for a return or refund, however if the product does not work or is damaged we will send out a new product, as long as evidence is sent via email through photograph. All products come with a 2 Year warranty period.  If there are any issues we will resolve them as efficiently as possible.

All standard shop items can be sent back as long as they are undamaged

FAQs

How much does a custom neon sign cost?

The price for our neon signs start from £156 for one word. Our LED neon signs are competitively price and come with customer support from purchase to delivery.

All custom uploaded signs are priced based on size estimate. If your sign does not meet the pricing guidelines based on your request, a refund will be issued and a new quote sent out via email.

What are the signs made of?

Our signs are made of acrylic boards and LED strip lights, making them more durable and sustainable than traditional glass neon signs. The acrylic base is lightweight, UV and weather resistant. We use flexible ILumoS LED strip lights with visible individual chips covered by high-quality silicone that creates uniform light.

When can I expect my delivery?

Our custom products are delivered in the Standard Delivery category and can take anything between 10 to 14 working days, though this will vary depending on the size and nature of the design.

Does it come with a battery pack?

Our battery pack is an optional extra for £25. Don’t forgot to add yours if you’re planning on using your neon sign as stand alone and with no socket for power.

What shapes do your custom neon signs come in?

We offer different options for our neon signs such as:

Will you make alterations to my design?

Only if necessary. Your creation is a guideline and we will only make alterations to ensure your sign is perfect. We will email you any suggestions we have before production starts.

Will my sign come in one piece?

Yes, unless your sign is larger than 125cm comes in two parts

What happens if there are issues with my delivery?

All orders are fully trackable and shipped with FedEx. If you experience issues regarding delivery times, we will contact you immediately for an update. Please note that any delays due to postal strikes are out of our control but we will stay in contact with you and update you until your parcel arrives safely.
